| Christmas is just around the corner. We could hear Christmas songs and see people start planning for their gifts. |

| For Metro Bohol Christian Church, Christmas is also a time of the year that really makes disciples excited. Especially this year that our celebration will highlight a contest that would test and showcase the creativity and talents of everyone. |
Today, I would like to officially announce the activities and contests that we'll have in our Christmas Banquet!
1) Christmas Tree Making Contest - It's an individual contest where each are allowed to submit a Christmas tree especially made out of gratefulness and love. The Christmas Tree must not be taller than 3feet in height. We will have the following scoring system: 30% from Blog Votes, another 30% from facebook likes and the rest of 40% will come from votes of MBCC disciples during the banquet. Voting will starts on Nov 1, 2011.
2) Christmas Talents' Night - We will divide the church into 3 groups that will represent 3 different talents. One group will do a Christmas Dance. Another will sing Christmas Song. There will also be a group that would have a Christmas poem interpretation. Songs and poems will be provided Nov 1, 2011.
3) By Ministry Christmas Carolling - two group will share their skills in choral group singing. Singles Ministry and Campus Ministry will have the chance to pick their own Christmas song(s) and interpret it with the group. The presentation would have a minimum of 2 minutes but should not exceed in 4 minutes.
4) MANITA / MANITO - we will be encouraged and we'll also encourage others through sharing what's special to us, in a gift giving.... We will assigned code names to all church members and also some criteria weekly of our gifts to give and gifts to be received. First gift giving will happened on Nov 2.
